Gratification Control Management
Managing gratification control under the GCG principles in KFTD is important to diminish legal issues, such as bribery and corruption. It can be managed by urging all units to cohere the terms and conditions of gratification prohibition in goods and services procurement in KFTD, assign the gratification prohibition notice to all relevant functions, assign all corporate and functional functions to socialize the implementation of the policy and assign the Risk Management Board to monitor and report it every three weeks to the Director.
Risk Management
Risk management is an integrated part of GCG to manage the potential risks, including legal issues, like bribery and corruption, that obstruct KFTD from reaching its objectives. The process of risk management is performed in several stages, including identifying the risk context, applying the risk assessment, monitoring and review, as well as communication and consultation.
Whistle Blowing System (WBS)
The Whistle Blowing System (WBS) encourages actions to report any alleged violation, including bribery and corruption in KFTD. This nameless report system is filed through emails, forms, or messages to the board and then investigated thoroughly.ย
Anti-Bribery Management System
